Part 1: The Initial Login Process (Email Link)
This is the first step for every login.
Request a Login Link: Go to the N3XT login page, enter your email address or use any of the login options.
Check Your Inbox: Go to your email and find the message from the bank with the subject line, "Login to N3XT".
Click the Link: Open the email and click the unique link inside. This link is valid for a short time and is for one-time use.
Part 2: The MFA Step - Verification
After you click the login link, if it is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to set up and install an authenticator application. Otherwise, you will just need to enter your authentication code.
Setting Up and Using an Authenticator App
This is the most secure option and is a one-time setup. Once configured, you will use it for all future logins.
Download the App: On your smartphone, download and install a free authenticator app. We recommend "Google Authenticator":
Scan the QR Code: On your computer, select the "Use an Authenticator App" option.
The screen will display a unique QR code. Open your authenticator app, tap the "Add Account" or "+" button, and select "Scan a QR code." Point your phone's camera at the code on your screen.
Enter the Code: Your authenticator app will now display a 6-digit code for your bank account. Enter this code into the field on your computer screen to complete the setup and log in for the first time.
In-Session Security: When You Will Be Challenged for a Code
For your security, you may occasionally be challenged to provide a verification code for sensitive actions you take while logged in. You’ll be able to get this verification code in the exact same method described above.
You will be challenged for a code for the following actions:
Wallet Access & Requests: Wallet Management: When you attempt to manage your wallet settings, you will be challenged to verify your identity.
Changing Security Settings: If you change any security-related settings, you will be challenged for a code to confirm the change. This includes changing your wallet's access to:
"Approval only"
"Contacts only"
Inactivity Logout: If you are inactive for 5 minutes, you will be automatically logged out of your account. You will need to start the login process again from the beginning to regain access
Your Daily Login Process
Now that MFA is enabled and configured, your daily login process will include both steps.
Start with the Email Link: Go to the login page, enter your email, and click the link sent to your inbox.
Provide the Verification Code: You will be prompted for a 6-digit code.
Authenticator App: Open your app and enter the current code displayed for your bank account.
After entering your code, you’ll automatically be logged in.
