How to Create an Instant Payment on N3XT

This guide details the process of creating an Instant Payment, which is a straight payment that bypasses the Lockbox workflow and requires no further approvals.

Part 1: Starting the Payment

  1. Log In: Log in to your N3XT account.

  2. Navigate to Pay: In the main left-hand navigation menu, click "Pay" (located under Quick Actions).

    • Note: This module is exclusively used for making Instant Payments.

Part 2: Defining the Transaction Details

  1. Payment Amount: Input the desired payment amount you wish to send.

  2. Select Source Wallet: Under the "Send From" field, choose the specific wallet you would like to send the payment from using the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Recipient: Under the "Send To" field, select the contact or business that will receive the payment. You may search for a business or choose from the "Select from frequent contacts" list.

  4. Add Description: In the "Payment Description" field, add any relevant details regarding the transaction, such as an invoice number or the purpose of the payment.

Part 3: Initiating and Confirming

  1. Initiate Payment: Click the "Pay" button to finalize and initiate the instant payment.

What Happens Next?

  • The funds are immediately transferred from your selected wallet to the recipient's wallet, subject only to standard blockchain confirmation times.

  • No further approvals or fulfillment steps are required for this transaction type.
