Key Financial Data Points
Total Account Balance: The aggregate balance of all available accounts and wallets within your banking portfolio.
Wallet Overview: An immediate, summarized view of all available wallets, displaying the current monetary balance for each.
Latest Transactions: A chronological list detailing the most recent financial activity within your account.
Funds Management and Approvals
Lockboxes: This section details funds currently held in temporary holding. These are funds placed into custody for delivery to a grantee only after specified conditions are fulfilled.
Incoming Lockboxes: Funds sent to your account that are held in temporary holding. These transactions require approval from a linked contact before release.
Outgoing Lockboxes: Funds awaiting disbursement from your account. Navigate to the "Approvals" module to review and authorize the release of these held funds.
Frequent Contacts: A curated list of the contacts most routinely utilized for processing transactions.
Enhanced Dashboard Functionality
Hide Balance: A security feature that allows the user to conceal all displayed balances on the dashboard when viewing the system in public or shared environments.
Request Payment Shortcut: A direct navigational link to the "Request Payment" module, allowing users to quickly initiate a payment request transaction with a contact.
Direct Pay Shortcut: A streamlined link to the primary "Pay" functionality. This option facilitates a direct payment, bypassing the Programmable Payment workflow, meaning no funds are held in temporary holding.
Approvals: This module displays all pending actions that require authorization between two users within the same account. The necessity of this approval is dependent on the permission levels configured for each user, typically requiring a higher-tier user to validate or approve actions initiated by a lower-tier user.
Requests: This module, designed for inter-business transactions, displays a centralized list of all pending items that require your approval or action. These items represent agreements or actions between your business and a counterparty that have not yet been finalized. The four specific categories of pending requests found here are:
Payment Request
Programmable Payment Contract Request
Programmable Payment Fulfillment Request
Programmable Payment Cancellation Request
Programmable Payments: The module used to Initiate Transactions with two distinct options:
Programmable Payment: Allows you to initiate an outgoing payment that incorporates a secure Lockbox step. Funds are held and released only upon verification of transaction terms.
Payment Request: Allows you to create a request for an incoming payment, also secured with the Lockbox mechanism for mutual protection.
